Several times I have been asked what improvements are allowed under the 203K program. This program is not intended to provide funds for what HUD may consider luxury items such as a new pool/spa/jacuzzi or a gazebo or outdoor kitchens but this program does allow for many improvements that do allow a home do drastically improve in value, comfort and livability.
